Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/digital products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected].
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase as long as it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
