3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, total order weight, and chosen shipping method. We sometimes offer free-shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience delays, customs holds, or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it (reshipping fees may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of damaged items if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
